Soteria Insurance Ltd was formerly CIS General Insurance Ltd and changed its name because of a sale of its entire share capital by Co-op Group to Soteria Finance Holding Company Ltd on 2nd December 2020

Policies underwritten by Soteria Insurance Ltd are administered through Markerstudy Insurance Services Ltd (MISL) as an Agent of Soteria Insurance Ltd.
MISL administration services include the provision of policy administration and claims handling services and they are appointed by Soteria insurance Ltd to manage the run-off of expired policies.
MISL is registered in England and Wales registered number 2135730 with FCA registration number 475572, whose registered office is at 45 Westerham Road, Bessel Green, Sevenoaks, Kent, England TN13 2QB.
