If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a consumer and are resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
